Paco & Lola, Albarino, Spain

Straw yellow in color. Aromas of fresh peaches, almonds and basil. Flavors are light, elegant and fresh, yet you get green apple, honey and subtle notes of tangy apricot. This is 100% Albarino. All fruit was hand harvested, all stainless steel fermentation. Only 30% of the best fruit was used for this wine.
